1. Shipping Territory & Destinations

• Domestic Only: We currently only sell and ship within the territory of the United States.
  
• Exclusions: All orders are dispatched directly from our facility. Please note that we do not ship to military addresses (such as APO/FPO/DPO), US territories, or international destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking link to monitor your package's real-time progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Wrong Address & Delivery Issues

• Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate and correct.
  
• Lost/Stolen Packages: Nami Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed "Delivered" status by the carrier. If your tracking says delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.

Cancellations & Modifications

If you realize you made a mistake with your shipping address or ordered the wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase. Once this 24-hour grace period has passed, the order enters our warehouse workflow and cannot be changed or stopped.
